We are very exited to announce THLL's latest project PHOTO PHEAST. Sound familiar? well it shouldn't, we did announce a little photography venture called PicFest, whilst we wish to take full credit for such a baddass name it was taken so we changed it up a little but i digress and we must move on.
As all our video projects are filmed on a DSLR and to sharpen our Videography skills we will be doing some photography, as well as showing the work of some incredibly talented friends. So once a week, every saturday we will post either a picture or a set from a shoot and explain what was running through our noggins as we were snapping, THLL is about showing the world our route to become film makers and photographers and if we learn a little something worth sharing we will so you can grow with us so without EVEN further ado THLL PHOTO PHEAST WEEK 1 TURNIP HEADS FIRST DSLR PHOTOS

These PHOTOS were all taken the day after we took the delivery of out DSLR and I (Turnip Head) headed out round the corner from the place I call home and just took some pics experimenting with each setting the camera had to offer all pictures were apart from the long exposure and the thorn picture were taken using canons Auto modes (Scene, Creative auto, Portrait etc) I had a lot of fun and you learn very much, very quickly when learning by doing so i encourage all film makers and photographers to get trigger happy with the shutter and have fun.
I like to think I have become a much better photographer now than I was then but you can judge for yourself next week when you see some more recent pictures but for now I must once again bid you farewell
